How do you vet the cleaners?

Firstly we carry out a telephone innterview. If an applicant has potential and relevant cleaning experience we then arrange for a more thorough interview to take place in their own home.

What if my house cleaner can't make it, or is sick?

You can bank the hours or we will provide you with a cleaner to cover.

Will i have to be at home when my cleaner cleans?
 
No, our cleaners are happy to hold keys however first session or two its recommended your in.

Do I have to supply cleaning materials?
 
Yes, however we can offer a list of recommended products.

Can I change my cleaner if i am not happy?

Yes, of course, just contact us.
 
Do you have insurance cover?
 
Yes, £1,000,000 business public liability insurance. However clients are required to be
be covered with their own household insurance policy/policies.
